VTACK™ 2400 series is a cross-linked flexible polyethylene closed cell foam tape with excellent resilience and toughness. It has low water absorption, good chemical resistance and good UV properties. The material is non-irritant, odourless and further with its vapour resistance, it will not support mold or bacterial growth. Ideally suited to stringent automotive and construction tolerances and many demanding applications like sealing, mounting of nameplates and mirrors, vibration dampening, gasketing etc. The 2400 series has a VTACK™ synthetic rubber pressure sensitive adhesive system on one side, covered with a blue plastic liner which exhibits a quick stick performance to a wide variety of surfaces, making it ideal for mounting applications. Once this paper liner is removed, the foam tape can be easily applied to the substrate without any mechanical fixing.

VTACK™ 3303 SWF Foam Tape is a closed cell, electron beam cross-linked, polyolefin foam with adhesive backing, self-wound onto a polyethylene film facing. It incorporates PE foam with a solvent-based acrylic adhesive with a tissue carrier.
The VTACK™ 3303 Foam Tape is produced self-wound without any paper release liner, making the product very user friendly and good for the environment with no waste paper on job sites to trip over.

The foam is backed with a high tack pressure sensitive adhesive and is free of heavy metals, plasticisers and CFCs. The self-wound design of 4200 Foam Tape maintains its roll stability, allows for easy use and eliminates release liner waste. 4200 series Purlin/Lap Seal Foam Tape is available in various width rolls, as per customers requirement.
